Default wheels

i bought c5 z06 replica 18x10.5s (2) with a offset of +56 for the back and 17x9.5 (2) with a offset of +54 am i going to have fitment issues or should i be able to bolt up without any modifications on the hubs i am already planning on rolling the fender and prolly pushing some of the inner fender further in to clear the 295/35/18s on the back

I looked at some of those same wheels. Ended up keeping my 17x11 ZR1s. They should not have any fitment issues. You really don't HAVE to roll the fenders if your running 295s unless you plan on lowering the car. My friend Steve (slt200mph) who I bought my ZR1s from ran 315s on the rear without rolling the fender and had no problems with the tires hitting the fenders. He is still running a set on his car today. Since your planning on rolling the fenders anyway this should not be an issue.

You might want to try posting this in the Wheels section for further advise too
