Help! an 84 camaro berlinetta with an lt1, richmond 5speed, dana 44 rear, 4 point roll bar, true duals... getting it really cheap actually. im not sure what it is but sometimes the car will run perfect, then just shut off and not want to run.. today started it up ran perfect for 10 minutes but the headers were glowing (rich im guessing), and it was idling at 2000 rpm, is this a computer problem???????? btw the motor/harness is from a 93 camaro.

umm i'm guessing the reason you have all these views and no replies is there is not enough information and it could so many things but just a wild guess here what fuel pump are you using? otherwise i'd guess it's a sensor malfunction get a code reader
