Just reuse the stock ones, make sure you adhere to the torque spec on them... If you over-torque one of them, go to a dealer a buy a new one as you don't want it to snap while in use (happened to a buddies buildup, as he overtorqued one, the figured out he was using the flywheel spec by mistake, undid it and torqued it to the right spec, but within 500 miles that bolt snapped)...
Also, for a pilot bearing, you can just buy the truck V8 roller bearing from a GM dealer for about $20... GM put them on HD trucks and it is listed as an 'upgrade' replacement for HO V8s, including the LT1...
