Default Bad valve train issues?

Alright, this is kind of a long post, but I figured I'd inclue all of the details to help anyone reading this.

For the past few weeks or so, I'v been having my rocker arms popping off? I have a stock cam back in my car, stock 1.5 rockers, brand new lifters, stock springs, and stock push rods..

I figured the rocker arm nuts were wore out so I ordered a new set from Jegs, put them on, and they seemed to have worked....For a few days anyways. They all felt really snug when I put them on.
What really gets me is the fact that I can adjust the valves and drive it all day anywhere without any issues. Start and re-start it 10 times with no problems. And after a day or so I go to start it up and one or two of the rockers will pop off? Its always on the intial start up and not when I'm driving?

To tell a little more, I have had the heads milled twice. first time 5 thou and the second 10. Both times they had a valve job done. Would the fact that the valve stims being ground on so much that the self-aligning part of the rockers can't do their job or is it something more critical like bent pushrods or bad lifters??
I'm really clueless on to what to do with this?

N/M.....I found that the part of the head gasket that supports the push rod was severly worn on a few cyclinders causing the rockers to move around left to right.

if you are using stock rockers, they have a lip on each side to keep them on the valve, hence the self aligning, if you are trying to use non self aligning rockers on it with out guides, not the head gasket (thats not what it is for) then they will slid off to the side.

Yea, I'm using self aligning rockers. I have 100% complete valve train. I have my heads at a machine shop right now. Hopefully they can tell me why this was happening and cure the problem.

double check your push rods to be sure they aren't bent.
