Default Little Update

Well took it on the lift yesterday and got a good look at what im dealing with. Nothing major wrong, i need new rear rotors (knew that without it being on the lift) it has a v6 rear end with 2.73's in it (non posi) and a v6 torque arm. bunch of surface rust on the subframes and panhard bar, i just started grinding down on it to get rid of it, it will take a little while. Eibachs are going in as soon as i get all the surface rust off my other rear end so i can put it all in together. Im keeping the 4.10's since everyone at the shop thought i was stupid for thinking of getting rid of them. Im going to be driving with my parents for a while so ill get used to them before i go on my own. All the exhaust is pretty weird, was going to fix the leak but LT1's are so ******* tight and i didnt have enough time, also its supposed to have 2 cats but only has 1 so im going to take it to a guy the owner knows and he'll pass me as long as im not running any codes, he wont look for the cats. The SFC's are weld in so i cant take them down and get rid of the rust, its going to be harder with them on. If i can get passed then im not going to mess with the exhaust at all until i get my longtubes and cat back, why waste time on something thats not staying. im going to try and find an ls1 drive shaft (its aluminum) and im going to put the v8 torque arm on it. The 4.10 rear end might go on this weekend but more than likely next weekend. Ill get pics of it lowered and ill see if i want to keep it low, we'll see how low they get. Well thats the bug update, other than getting stuff powdercoated thats pretty much whats going to happen to the car, and its going to be like that for a long time.
