LT headers will they fit? how close would the cat sit to where the original stock one sit?
i'm looking the pace setter LT headers w/y pipe and wondering if that would work?

You can put a cat on the passenger side of the y-pipe but that still won't be legal. You could put dual cats in the y-pipe but I don't think that will be legal either. If you try to put a single cat where the y-pipe meets the intermediate pipe it will be way back almost under the back seat area. There isn't much room for heat shielding in that area either. But that's not technically legal since it moves the cat to a different location. You're probably better off getting midlength headers that keep the cat in the stock location.
