what do i need for lt4 hotcam? need to know what else my friend needs in order to upgrade to the lt4 hotcam.
its a stock 96z w/ full exhaust...
springs?
rods?
tune? where in tx and how much?

Does your friend just have the camshaft itself? You can get the whole kit with everything included minus a tune.
You need springs, possibly new lifters (depending on the condition of your old ones), some gaskets, and probably a tune to make it all run right. I used a pcmforless.com for a mail order tune.
