car surging

car surging I just took my car out of storage today. The car has been sitting for a week or so. When i was driving around the car would change the rpms with out me hitting the gas and feel like its bucking.
What could that be? Opti, vaccum leak clogged air filter
I have a scanmaster but no engine code or check engine light
Just looking for a place to start.
Has anyone else had this problem?

opti would be the last thing i would do
how long as it been since you changed the fuel filter? might want to check the plug wires, and coil wire.
if you have scan master look at the blms and see what they are reading.

It's been a about 4 year since i have done anything to it. I am going to check the wires and for a leak. Try to see if i can find it. Than if i cant find it i will do the opti. Thanks for your help.
