Cailfornia Smog Laws

im not to sure about the smog laws in the Great F**KED state of california but anyways the question is: Will the LT-4 conversion on a 94 Z28 LT-1 pass smog or will the state ref have a bi*ch fit?

Is anyone sure on this?

It will pass smog cuz I did with no problem. I got it dyno tune and had SLP smog legal headers and I pass. I just had to take off the nitrous lines and etc... before I smog it

Yeah i live here in the wonderful state of Cali also was told by a certain tuner hotcam pass no problem thats what i did have.I then went to a CC503 i have ported heads that flow a little better than stock LT4 castings and 11to 1 compression ratio i have pacesetter midtubes they have a carb # on them i had to ditch the adjustable fuel pressure regulator i had because no carb # Cali sucks i will let you know if i pass
