Default Threaded oil drain?????

My TA has a threaded oil drain. It has a screw on/off cap(metal) then a metal threaded piece sticks out an inch or so. It has a hole in the middle of it. Wife and I had dropped it off to have an oil change and they said they couldn't do it. They said a "special tool" goes inside and you turn it to let the oil out. They said autozone/pep boys would have it. Well, they have never heard of it. Please help! WTF is this thing and where can I get this "tool" so I can change my oil?!

Sounds like a Fram Sure Drain valve or something similar. No, Autozone would not have such a critter I wouldn't think.

Or you could just remove the valve and replace it with a regular ol' plug. I've seen 'em and it should be like 3/4 hex or something close.

yes it is the fram sure drain...its a tube that connects and has a little piece of metal that goes up in there and releases the oil
