I am looking at comparing my Datamaster files to factory or good running LTx engines. My engine has long tubes and I am putting in Heated 02's this weekend, and want to see if my scans now are really that bad. Mine doesnt go into Closed loop unless I hold it , the throttle up to around 2000rpm, for a little bit, then it goes right back. I understand Heated O2s can aleviate this problem. My motor was tuned by PCMforless and runs great, other than the Open closed loop issue at idle, which gives a rich smell etc of gas, but drives great and runs 11's.
Also, one of my scans shows it in closed loop the whole time, when the A/C was on, is this normal?
