Default Quick Header Performance Question

Do headers with AIR, o2 sensors etc....lose any power over ones that come without?

If they do it would only be 1 or 2 hp. You need the O2's to run the computer though so that's not really an option. The AIR and EGR is emission's stuff that's not legal to remove but most guys do anyway. It's an easier install if you get longtube headers without the emissions stuff but you'll need the EGR blockoff plate and to get the stuff programmed out. Depending on your state inspection, you might not pass without it or with an SES light if you don't get it programmed.

It cleans up some of the clutter in the engine bay if you get the non emission headers too.

You won't lose any HP. You can get your PCM tuned to have those deleted out of your PCM, but still have them on there. The EGR is a bitch to get on. I wish I just got off-road headers.
