I just had a local exhaust shop make me a custom true-dual setup for my 1993 TA. I live in Minnesota, where there is absolutely no emission testing. If there was, I would've had the guy leave the cat on, and add another cat for the true-dual setup to be complete. Maybe I would've added high performance cats if that were the case. I think everything cost me about $350 or so. It sounds bad-***, and I could tell that there was a little bit more power.
