Does anyone have the Delteq Ignition system, and if so were there any problems or issues with it?

 

Sorta, turns out my problem was a bad optical (the low res part) of the opti so I ended up having to get a new one anyway. But as far as the Delteq itself, no problems.

 

just curious since my car is missfiring at high RPM's, how was your car acting with a bad optical sensor?

 

Started breaking down around 5200 rpms. I was always reluctant to buy a new opti cuz I had already bought the Delteq and a new opti was $300+. But it finally threw a DTC 16, lo res failure. So I bought it and problem solved. Is your opti original? If so I would say you have the problem as me.
