Default 3/8 or 7/16?

Alright guys, gota n3wbi3 question. When i rebuild my Valvetrain, im going to want to get wich RRs, 3/8 or 7/16? I was told it was 7/16 but i never asked i just listend.

7/16" RRs & get 7/16" rocker studs to match

Ok so 7/16 it is thats what i thought, but why not 3/8?

3/8" is the stock size is all, on a small cam, small springs, etc, it's a slight budget savings in buying the smaller sized RRs to match but obviously 7/16 is larger so there is more strength so by the time you add better springs, bigger cam, good RRs all that jazz you want a tighter valvetrain with no or little deflection (horsepower loss & not great for the valvetrain). Same reason why some go to stud girdles with a big cam or the best being shaft mounted rockers.
