I have all the parts to assemble a 383 LT1 Engine, and need to make sure that I tell my engine builder how I want it balanced.

I have heard that LT1 Engines are Internal Balanced.

I have also heard that they are Internal on the front and Something on the back????

What should I tell him........I would like for it to be balanced like the Factory.

internal front external rear. you should take them your balancer and flywheel along with the rotating assem.
