Where is the best place to buy a rotating assembly i want a 396 stroker i want the best price. I have a shop around me that will do the work or maybe i can find a good deal on a fully assembled short block. Let me know

You could try www.CombinationMotorsports.com. I know they carry whole rotationing assembles.
