I am thinking about changing gears and right now i have 3.42's
but i want 3.73's. i know somebody that lives near me that said he had a set of 3.70's. he said they came out of a z28 the same year as mine but i cant
find them anywhere that says they fit a 10 bolt 7.5 does anybody know anything about them? how much of a difference will i be able to tell with those or 3.73's ? Thanks for any info.

 

i had the 3.42 and went with 3.73 and the differance was almost not worth it. Go 411s or dont waste your time. Thats just my opinion. Good luck ill be going to 411s or maybe somthing even higher in the near future

 

I went from 3.23 to 3.73, and with a custom tune, they are a very noticable difference. Off the line is close to stock, but the second gear and up is a big difference, and it still does 160+mph..
