All day long my radio has been fine but tonight I was getting no sound from any of the speakers. Once I hit the gas the speakers popped on for 4 minutes or so then cut off. I would have to hit the gas to make them come on. Any ideas?

try checking all of your speakers make sure none of the wires are loose...then check the deck and those connections

Sounds like a ground issue. You may want to post in the stereo and electronics section though. More info can probably be had there.
