well the whole stock argument wont matter that much anymore anyway, since i should be putting a little over 300 at the wheels in about another week

Yeah stock is for suckers.

There's a reason my SRT4 is stock and my Formula isnt. I'm hoping for 330whp when I get it tuned in a couple months.

sweet thats exactly what im hoping for with my tune all mods in sig + a march underdrive crank pulley go on in another week other than suspension, CAI and gears... been told to expect about 305-315 without tune and maybe 330 with good tune... exhuast setup is pretty much the same cept for the Rumbler

Thats killer. I'm gonna have mine tuned by a little guy you may have heard of, Jeff Creech I'll be happy with 330whp and mid 12's. I'm not doing too much more this year as far as power goes, most of my money will be spent getting this thing back into the shape it needs to be in cosmetically. I might throw a shot on it at the end of the year if i still have it.

lol we are in exactly the same boat why do you think that bra is on the front of my car lol... im either going to a new shop that just opened up about 45 mins from here to check it out or im going to dallas or houston for my tune... maybe to baton rouge to thunder racing let them do it... did you do any valvetrain work or just do a cam swap... if so i got all the vavletrain work and no cam but i posted the specs with the 1.6 rockers its going to change my stock cam to almost a .500 lift, about .480 on intake and i think it was .493 or so on exhuast.. my engine is pretty much going to be brand new so i was also thinking about a shot until i get the money for the built turbo 396 from HPE... how big you gonna spray im looking at 150.... that and its time to start doing some suspension work

Probably gonna go with a 150 shot too. I bought the car with the cam in it, but it has crane gold 1.6 rockers, summit valvesprings, and a tiny 218/224 .528/.536 112LSA cam, now has Pacesetter Longtubes, ORY, Borla catback and thats it. I'll be picking up a CAI soon and a new clutch, then I'm gonna get it tuned. I gotta get it painted, new carpet, new seats, new center console, STS, 15x3.5 and 15x10 prostars with 275/60/15 DR's, 4.10's, pin on glass hood, and a little bit of weight reduction. Should be about 3200lbs without me, so a 3450 raceweight and 330whp. I'm hoping for mid 12's this year as long as the rear end holds haha.

I bought the car and it was only running a 14.2@99, so I got a MadZ28 pcm and a stock MAF and it went down to a 13.52@104 just with that, and it was still pulling 4 degrees of KR in 3rd and 4th, and still missing up top. I fixed the missing and probably the KR with a new battery (was pulling 12.3 volts during the run, ended up falling to 11.5 volts when i changed it, now its got 13.5 volts and it purrs real nice), along with new plugs and wires. It should be good for high 12's as it sits (I hope).

FWIW Few of my buddies have them.. Both putting down 280fwhp w/ minor bolt on's.. I wheeled one of them to a 13.33@107 and some change w/a 2.1 60ft last weekend.. on a street tire.. IMO that's not bad for a 4 dr 4 banger w/ just over 1K in work.. They're nothing to sleep on that's for sure.. We're in the process of installing a 50trim into a 04 that should run pretty well.. looking for 400whp on pump gas..

well i wanna start modding my engine but i wanna paint it first and slap some rims because the paint job isnt all that great. but i'm not worried about that srt-4 because it will be a different story once the work starts gettin done. but respect for them little cars.

No I just went from a bad battery to a new one. Just a normal autozone 670cca 75 battery.
