I have a 94 z28 and i was wandering if there was anyway you can
get a smaller belt and bypass my air condition. Is it possible to do
that? If it is how much difference would i be able to tell?

The way to bypass the Air Conditioning is to get the 1LE AC Delete Pulley, from GM, or online. You remove the AC Compressor, and bolt the pulley directly inplace. Look at my cardomain link, page 3 of that. I removed the whole AC System in my car, the pictures there show you what part you need. Up to you if you want to do that, mine had a leak that couldn't be fixed, so out it went.
