Lt1 Help?!?!?!!?!?!?!?
Lt1 Help?!?!?!!?!?!?!? ok, I have a 383 stroker. I bought ti last year...and have been getting horrible gas mileage. well today I fianlly got around to fixing a lot of things wrong with it.....like my MAF. 2 wires were old and broken away from the plug. I re soldered them together...and started her up. she will run for a split second then DIE. when I start her up again and floor it...she'll go but the minute I let up she dies.
I went back and snipped a wire...and she runs fine in open loop. but the problem is she is just dumping fuel. I maybe get 130miles to a tank......with me babying it. what the heck is wrong?????? I can manage a 12.8 on open loop..but I kknow she is good for a lot lower. can anyone think of anything???
