rocker question i currently have some gm 1.6 self aligning roller rockers but i will be taking them off this weekend. i need to know if the process of puting the stock rockers on is the same as putting in the aftermarket 1.6 sa rockers. or what are the steps.

Same as any SA roller rocker. I think GM gets theirs from Crane. I like to rotate the engine with a breaker bar and remove/replace the rocker arms as they become untensioned as per their cylinder timing. Then set the rocker clearance as per the instructions (some call for cold, some hot).
Make sure that with the SA rockers you have no pushrod bind against the guideplates. You may need to change guideplates unless you currently have SA rockers.
