Default Idle RPM

i was just wondering what a lt1 is suposed to idle at. mine idles at 900 ish i was wondering if that was normal. i also have no vac. leakes or anything like that. thanks in advance.

for an m6 yes 800-900. a4 is lower, like 500-600.

the a4 should idle around 650-750. if youve got a cam it can go in either direction if you dont have a good tune. mine with a tune that is actually for a car with a different a4, different gears, and different stall idles at a little more than 500. since im a cheap *** and wont get it tuned till i put the cam in it almost feels like it wonts to cut off sometimes. but 800-900 is fine for an m6
