help with picking porting and cam combo
help with picking porting and cam combo hi all,
my bottom end is being rebuilt as we speak. It is going to be stock. I am going to get my heads ported with a cam combo. Who should I use? lloyd elliot or advanced induction? or someone else? I am looking at the LE1 combo for 1100. or the ai one for 1195. any other suggestions? This is going in a 69 camaro and the trans is a 4l60e.

from what i've heard lloyd is a really great guy to work with(i'll find out for myself as soon as I get my own LT1) just so you know you arent limited to just the packages he lists....those are just benchmarks to let you get an idea of how much it will cost. just tell him what your goals are and he'll go from there

I've never dynoed before so I figured that they gave both sets of #s. Hell if I would looked at his sig better I would have seen that its says rwhp. Sorry 1SL06, I wasn't trying to call BS on you, I've been looking at TPIS's stuff for a year now but most everyone on the different boards don't have any postive feedback on them. I was looking at their ZZ9X cam as an option for me.

I used AI they are great to work with and I will use them again.
I have heard good things about Lloyd, TEA and Precision Porting and I believe that a package from any of them will meet your expectations!
