I seem to remember him trying to tell me high volume oil pumps destroy engines too. It's people like him that are dangerous. They have a LITTLE bit of knowledge of a certian subject then try to ram it down everyones throats like they are some car god. Too bad most of us have **** more engine knowledge than he's ever learned.

I dont think his knowledge is in question, just his attitude but remember this is the net and sometimes people come off more harsh and rude than they intend to.

Hey bud.

I hope to be out this summer! It's a slow progress...but it is progressing. As you probably saw the motor is back...and we're just waiting for space in their shop now. The rear end is ordered, and everything else is just awaiting install. I can't wait man! But we're still waiting on the damn intake. The engine buliders have one coming fro Edlebrock...they are giving them on of their test intakes, so that's good...won't have to wait until the middle/end of summer.

Actually, the LT4 heads slightly outflow the LS1 heads stock for stock throughout the entire lift range until .600 when the LS1 slightly outnoses the LT4.

LT1 heads are 170cc
LT1 Head Flow

LT4 heads are 195cc
LT4 Head Flow

LS1 heads are 204cc
LS1 Head Flow

What the LS1 heads offer is greater potential due to the head design using 15* valve angle and the shape of the port design.

OK now exactly what part of the info I provided do you disagree with?
As I said before those who are knowledgable usually agree with my facts. Or are you just adding nothing to the thread?

My attitude has developed to shut people like you up too many times I watched people ask questions get the right info and some dumbass comes in and contradicts it and then the original poster doesn't know what is right which forces the intelligent person to become more forcefull in their reply. Those with an ounce of objectivity can actually appreciate a blunt answer and don't need everything candycoated the way society demands these days.

Really dude, what the hell is your deal...do you even recognize the amount of respect you are loosing here? Whether or not you are a smart man has passed you by with your arrogance. If you are going to help people, great. But do it with some respect.

What? Dude, this is a car forum. Relax. Chill out and stop being an ***, maybe then people will respect your answers rather than make fun of you for the way you are talking to people on here.

First off, never did i say that you were giving bad information, nor did i say that i was disagreeing with what you said. Second Your attitude is developed because you have alot of hostility, I think you should take some anger managment classes. Third your attitude shys the new enthusiast who knows nothing to begin with, away from the site because they are scared to ask a "dumb" question. The problem is if you don't know something then nothing is a dumb question. Forth your attitude is turning more and more people on to the ricer scene because it is much easier to put a wing on a car or install a coffee can muffler then to do actual performance upgrades. Fifth there is a difference between a blunt answer and being ignorant like you have been in alot of replys you have made to answer peoples questions. That has nothing to do with candycoating anything. A simple answer with kind words for our new enthusiats would be nice. It sure would keep people asking questions and allow them to further their knowledge. So I hope you have a nice day and think of nice things like a ....... bye cupcake.
