doing a cam swap. does anyone know what bolt to put into the crank housing to slide the balancer mount off?

I stripped out my puller trying to slide in a smaller bolt...but no luck. any info would help out.

also what valve spring is rated to 650 lift?

 

I have a 1/4" drive extension that I slide into the crank. I have pulled 3 balancers using it and a craftsman harmonic balancer puller w/no drama.
