Changing water pump
Changing water pump I went out and bought a new aluminum performance pump and went to taking the old one off. Managed to get everything unbolted and to my surprise there was this little cylinder tub that meets the teeth from the pump to the motor. . . .I cant get it off or to budge and if I don’t get any advice tonight then tomorrow I’m going to go pick up a new bracket piece. . . .So let me know if you have an idea of getting it off . . . because I've tried ALOT of things - Believe me. . . .I tried ALOTTTTTT of different things!!

Apply WD40 or PB blaster on the inside of that coupling, using a blunt punch strike the the water pump splined shaft from the inside of the coupling. It will come out it's just rusted. The new coupling is quite expensive for what it is.
Yea PB blaster is some great stuff. Nowa days the only thing I use WD40 for is to protect my weather stripping and use to cool down my carbide and drill bits.
As to the water pump its a minor pain to get the gear drive shaft off. try the PB and if it doesnt work try heating it with a torch on the far end, away from the engine dont make it too hot, and then try and pull it with some pliers. Make sure you are pulling it straight out, if you put any angle on your pull it will make it alot harder than it is.
