Fully built motor.... you will go through those $5000.00 and then some.
I'm doing and engine swap to a 383 the short block was $3300.00 delivered.
I got AFR LT4 heads 195 CC Competition series with the rev kit $2800. I'm not saying to get a 383 but that the route I took. Do the math from here. Although you can get those llyod Elliot stage 2 head and cam package for $1600 and it should get you there or close to it. Just need the exhaust, converter/clutch and tune. Just and FYI
