9:1 compression. Part number 139632 for 355, you'd want 231315 I think.
I have stock rods and crank, not sure about main seal.
btw, i can't change my heads/intake, i have the lt4 setup and i want to leave my heads intact, i'm just looking for a good forged rotating assembly with stock bore, and pistons that will drop my compression ratio to 9:1 Here's what it says:

my lt4 heads have a 54.4 cc combustion chamber, and these lower the CR even more than the ones above, it's just a matter of price now. Also, are there any distinguishing features about the GEN II LT based connecting rods from the GEN I 350 smallblocks? Will any 5.7" rod work in my LT4, as long as its 5.7" and made for a smallblock 350? thanks
