Valve float

How do you know when youre getting valve float? How does the car act and what are the signs?

My car is starting to crackle up from 5k to 6k then shift. It feels like its not making anypower when it does that.

That's kinda how my car feels. With all my mods it feels like a 14 second car up top.

Yea, I thought an easy fix would be to replace the springs with 918s. But my mechanic was telling me that putting that much load on the stock valves is going to cause some problems.
