Banging when powerbraking or shifting 2nd

Banging when powerbraking or shifting 2nd Anybody got any idea what wold make it "Bang" when powerbraking or shifting to second. I can feel it in the floorboard!! Both times it didi it when shifting to second. The first time I powerbraked it and let off right before it shifted, it was loud when it didi shift to second. the second time I turned off a road and got on it trying to burn the tires as i turned off of it, ad I was sliding it shifted to second and "Bang" again. Tranny mount, or torque arm. This is in a totally bone stock 162,000 1995 z28 a4. Thanks for any help.
yep the first time it did that to me i was scared to ****, those tranny mounts are shitty and break. just replace it. around 25 dollars for one. you can probably find one at a auto shop near your house. the tranny mounts are the same ones that have been used for ever by gm
Mine broke hitting the brakes. Some idiot was coming at me in my lane, and I hit the brakes real quick. After that, it started banging the Floorboard every time I got on it.
