Default help dead cylinder!!!

I have a miss in my #8 cylinder. I have pulled the connector to the injectors to narrow it down to the #8. I have swapped the inectors to eliminate that as a cause. (Still missing) Then I replaced the spark plug with a new one to eliminate it. (Still missing) I have recently replaced the spark plug wires and I just inspected the wire to insure that it did not burn next to the header primary. The wire is still good. (Still missing)

What else could I be overlooking as a cause of this?

THanks
Joe
