Noise going from part to WOT!

Noise going from part to WOT! I have been getting a rattleing noise (sound like detonation) when I go from Part to WOT. I was wandering if there is a table in my tune that I could change to fix the transfer between the two? The car runs great, just concerned and it is anoying to be driveing around town, say in 4th and give it gas to pass someone and all you hear is that rattleing noise. If you hold in it, it goes away. I have an LT4 Hotcam w/stock heads, pro comp 1.6 RR, full bolt-ons, lightweight flywheel w/stage 2 spec clutch. Just wanted to see what everyone thought.
