I got my motor running better now but I can hear a knock sound coming out of the motor. Oil pressure is great and It runs smooth. I sending the car to a buddy of mine to readjust the rockers. Is it possible its a colapsed lifter or a loose rocker?

Its hard to say how loud it is through a post but its noticable.

 

I thought you decided it was rod knocking?

 

Everyone keeps telling me something different. Ill find out exactly what it is monday. But I think it wipped main bearings. I thinks it was from that unbalanced flywheel. I pulled the valve covers and none of the rockers were loose. I think its time for another rebuild.
