I would do RR, springs, retainers, locks/seats, pushrods.
I ran cc986-16 springs, chromoly retainers, seats and locks, comp R's, Comp promag 1.6 S/A 3/8th rr's and trickflow pushrods with my cc503 setup. It was a nice setup and ran great.

7808-16 Comp oem hardened pushrods
Speed Engineering might still have these on sale, so call em up. I'd reccomend the 918 springs over any other unless your cam lift is over 580 or so, which I doubt it will be. Get the 1.6 7/16" NSA pro mag RR and ARP 7/16" studs and the GM guideplates. Search around and you'll find all the info you'll need. And you shouldn't need new lifters, especially not the Comp R's.
