let me start off with what i have

lt1 block with badly spun main
spun rod 8
spun rod 2
badly spun rod 7(think the rods trashed)
crank from this, crank is trash(pretty sure) actually positive

good crank pistons rods with 65k on them...no spun nothing


what do i do? i was planing on using the good crank and one of the good rods with the same pistons out of the block......should i just get all the good stuff machined to match the block?

sure, unless the block is trashed. toss the good parts in it with new bearings.

 

yes, get the good stuff machined along with the block... unless you enjoy this sort of thing...

 

just took up the good stuff with the block..since the rods were good it saved me 80 bux!!! thanks guys
