So, I'm rolling right at 20 MPH and I nail it. In aprox. 4.5 seconds I hit 70 MPH after getting into 2nd gear. I've yet to be to the track and I just wanna gauge myself with you guys.

And, WTF does the "performance" transmission button do?

That transmission perform switch should increase shifting firmness, and I believe it also shifts at slightly higher shift points.
