Byron...Joliet? Which one? I say you'll run about a 13.5 depending on tires.

With street tires, 14.1 @ 100.5 is my prediction.

I hear its gonna be very well prepped, but we will see, its actually pissing rain right now, but its supposed to clear up by the time Im outta here. I'll be back sometime tonight around 8 to post results/horror stories. I really wanna see what she can do, I know she runs strong for what she is..

What do stock auto ls1's with the granny gear's run? I hung with one of those pretty good one night. I also took a 14.0second lt1 with 4.10's from a dig, a gti golf on 22lb's of boost, a ratty 355 s10, a nice notch, and a few other decent cars, I am hoping for a 13.8 or a 13.9. My tires seem to hook good on the street if I launch right, I wanna see what they will do on a prepped race surface.. Im gonna try and launch hard, power shift smoothly, and not hit the rev limiter.. That's the plan at least. Think I will snap my 10 bolt? Im gonna go take the plate out of my borla now, then go shower up, head to this grad party of a friend of mine then Im off! I'll see you guys tonight.

Anyone got a chart that compares et's to mph trap speeds? If you can get it to me quick I wanna print it out so I can see what my trap speed is indicating.. Doesn't have to be a chart, maybe just a every other tenth listing or something.

I think if you hook good and have a decent '60 you can put down around a 13.6-13.8. My buddy with similiar mods put down a 13.7 but his was an A4.

If you can get anywere near a 2.0 60' you could run mid 13's I think, but it will be tough with street tires..

13.90 at best...probably a 14.0 @ 101mph or so.

Be sure to post up the results. Good luck.

A word of advice...PLEASE drive around the water box. Do NOT drive
through it at all. Everyone will hate you if you do.

Unit hit the nail on the head, almost, 13.8 @ 104 mph was my best run. Car just doesn't seem like its running right, or maybe Im just getting more used to the power. I didn't get too many runs in, but I got a few, I let it cool inbetween, no burn out drove around the box, blirped it to spin em clean a bit, and tried to launch at 1500-2000 rpms walking the stock clutch out. I hit the rev limiter twice, once not shifting soon enough outta second, once during a powershift were the clutch didn't grab fast enough. I didn't get time to take my plate out of my borla either...

I know your gonna laugh at this, but was my exhaust leak hurting my runs at all? I was told it wouldn't really matter, but I have a small leak in my driverside header gasket. I had a LOT of problems with traction though, 225's are teh suck. but never the less I am deffinatly putting these times in my sig
