Default Coolant level light stays on...
Its been staying on for the last few weeks..Coolant is full. Any suggestions?

Its a 96 Z-28...

The sensor is bad. Get a new one.

Or just unplug the connector and problem solved. Mine did the same thing.

That is what I did to mine, the light goes off, just keep an eye on your coolant.

Check your water pump that is what happend to mine when the water pump took a crap.
