If your breaking teeth off, then they are being installed wrong. The backspacing is off, or the Carrier is inproperly shimmed. Having an Auto doesn't necessarily help either, I blew a rear apart, and that was pretty much a stock motor...

yea, sumthing isnt right... but an auto is actually easier on a rear end then a M6. the auto keeps constant pressure against the teeth unlike the manual when its in neutral/clutch in, its free floating...

its like putting your hand on someones shoulder and pushing... or slaping the **** outta them... which do you think is going to hurt worse..

also are you running an adjustable TQ arm?? but i would def. have someone rebuild it that know how to check all the clearances and back spacing and i recommend having it rechecked at around 500 miles.. just to see what it looks like...and if it looks good, put a solid spacer in place of the crush sleeve.. that will make it last longer as well..

ive seen several rear ends come apart due to the crush sleeve continuing to crush even after everything is set... then it throws off the whole setup...

Yea, they might not have put the Cruch Sleeve in properly. I remember we tightened the **** out of mine, then tightened it some more.. lol
