20 mpg average for 15.5 gallons is 310 miles. Easily possible.

I don't run mine all the way to empty, but I fill up every week after having driven 210-230 miles, usually putting in 10-11 gallons. With another 4+ gallons of gas and my overall average of 20+ mpg I could easily push it to similar numbers as him.

For a specific example I did my weekly fillup this afternoon actually. 206.8 miles and it took 9.870 gallons to fill it back up, thats 20.9 mpg, figure that out for another 5.5+ gallons and the total miles per tank would come in slightly over 320 miles per tank unless my elementary school math skills have failed me...

Some of your guys have some busted *** cars or you drive like a maniac to get such poor mileage w/ near stock LT1s.

The first road trip i ever took with the car from El Paso, Tx to Phx, Az i went 415 miles before needing gas. That was 2.5yrs ago. Now, on average i see about 260 on the low side, and around 310-315 on the high side for a tank of gas. I drive a mix of city/hwy to work which is 25 one way.

My overall average right now is 19.4 mpg, which is mostly city driving. On road trips, it ranges from 28.5 to 31. My car is stock except for K&N filter and Sweet Thunder chambered cat-back exhaust system.

I had a 93 Formula A-4 3:23 out back. Just a CAI and flowmaster. Typically 17.5 - 21. Hit 23 a few times on the highway and 15.5 in the city a couple of times.
