yep lock washers and what i did was put on a good set of header gaskets and lock washers and tightened then after every time i drove the car and i did that for about a week and a half and they dont back out anymore

Use anti-seize on the bolts. After you install them, run the car for a while, let it cool off completely, and re-tighten the bolts. Then just check the bolts every oil change.

i wouldnt use any thing on the bolts honestly, anti-seize is used on plugs to keep them from seizing up in the hole
