Default Next upgrade?

What alse can I do that will not throw off my gas mileage. My car hasn't been tuned after exhaust install, so maybe I should just do that first. But before that I want to get 160 Thermostat. I don't need any suspension work right now since my car doesn't break traction (is that normal?). I was thinking larger throttle body. Anything else?

Get a mild stall with a nice street lockup. In the long run man, your not going to be able to keep the stock gas mileage.

You don't need to break traction to get suspension. Suspension will help your times no matter how much traction you do and don't have. Get a stall, you'll want to get a tune after that. It will eat a little bit of gas up. But you can't get performance parts, and not lose MPG at the same time.

If you just want to get a 160* thermostat, you mind as well get your car tuned, or get a manual fan switch.

A Stall will kill my gas mileage. Wouldn't I be driving at the stall's RPM lockup. I drive at 1,200RPM since thats my stock stall. I don't mind loosing some gas mileage, but I'm certainly not getting a cam or anything. This is my daily driver car and still in highschool.

What!?!?!?! I got a 3200 stall on my car and i think i lost 1-2mpg but it was so damn worth it. 3200 stall and 4.10s on the higway is 3k RPM at 65mph. Its all about your rear end gears to man. You could get a 3600 with a streetable STR and have 2.73s in the car and do just fine, your not gone get all the performance out of it, but youll still have fun.
