That's what that is, mine does it at 110-115 area, then calms down. It's not as bad as you described it though.

mine dosnt, vibrate at all i just followed the mods to the bracket and rubber. It stoped my stick from walking when i was on it hard, made it hard to shift.lol

yeah, i just got my energy suspension tranny mounts. hope to put them in this weekend and hopefully no vibration problems like some have said.

Ill pass all this info onto my dad, seeing as how its his car. Thanks guys for helping out. Ill post up what Im going to do and the results of that after.

Ok hes worried about the vibration. If I get the poly one and mod it like in that thread will that eliminate the vibration? And how serious is this bellhousing cracking issue? Is that somthing To be worried about on a 100% stock auto, that see's no track time?

if its stock and doesnt abuse it why not just go back with a oem rubber mount? that way you dont have to worry about the squeaking and vibrations caused by the pu mount. go to the dealership in your uniform and you can usually get parts at wholesale.

just installed the energy suspension tranny mount on my auto '95 z28. no vibrations at all, BUT I DID NOT INSTALL THE PLATE THAT CAME WITH IT. not sure if the plate would have made it vibrate, but many have suggested here and elsewhere, that it may or may not depending on your car.
