You're welcome to try (tightening bolts would take all of 2 minutes), but my guess is "no". Usually, once you have a leak, you have to take everything apart and clean the mating surfaces of oil residue... before replacing the corresponding gaskets/seals.
It's possible that the oil is leaking down from a higher position, so keep that in mind as well. The oil you're seeing could be dripping down from a leaking intake manifold seal (front or rear), timing cover seals, rear main seal, or the oil pan gasket. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate -- which is why some shops will put a dye in with your engine oil.
