Default Egr?

Where is the EGR can someone show me a pic... I have a 1996 Formula. I cant seem to find where I have to block off...

Unless someone has there manifold off the car, a pic wouldnt do any good. The EGR is on the back pass. side of the manifold. The pipe from the exhaust manifold is the closest to the side, and the EGR is closer to the center. Both are held to the manifold with nuts on studs.

Seem to remember sitting on my engine for a while.. did it the same time I did headers. Nothing like sitting 8 feet off the ground on a LT1. lol

good luck meng, that is all i can say, the shop that ran the exhaust didnt know how i did it to get it off the stock manifolds

The little EGR Pipe goes from the passenger side Exhaust Manifold/Header, into the passenger side rear of the Intake Manifold. Then you have the Valve, which is mounted on the drivers side rear of the Intake Manifold. The sets of block off plates usually come with them 2, the one on the Exhaust Maifold/Header sometimes comes with them, but usually people get the Headers with no EGR if they get the block off plates.
