Default Header queston

Got my cam and managed to get it all done last night, got the valves set and everything ready to go. I've got a set of Hedman headers that I had on the 406 small block that was in the car, this is a 87 model camaro BTW, but was curious as to whether they would work with these D-port heads. Just from looking it looks like they'll seal properly but I'm not 100% sure. I bought the factory exhaust gaskets as well. I'm hoping they'll work cause the headers are mid length and bolt right up to the ORY that's on the car, also the 4th gen headers will not clear the third gen crossmember. Any idea's? Do the LT1 headers have that D-port shape at the flange? I don't want to spend another $400.00 if I don't have too, thanks

that is a good question lol. i had a car that had circle port heads and d port headers and i was able to use a set of each kind of gaskets and was able to make them seal without leaks. so yes you can
