Okay guys/gals, as you all have read I am rebuilding the LT1 and adding an LE2 package to the mix, now my question is this. In your guys opinions should i go ahead with the 355 build or since i am redoing the bottom end anyways should i go 383. I know most of you are going to say 383 because its more power but I am looking more at the functionality. It is not a DD so thats something to think about. I WILL be building the tranny going behind it and the rear gears are going 3.73s.

You think funds wise it would be the same either way or what.
