How much lift can the stock LT1 valve springs handle without getting in a bind? Under 500 or is it less? I replaced the springs on my motor since I'm running a CC503 but my buddy has a 95 Z-28 that's doing a LT4 hot cam. I told him I didn't have a clue. Thanks,

He needs to at least run the LT4 valve springs (12551483). The stock ones are pretty weak and will kill high rpm power. K-Motion makes some nice replacement valve springs too.
